Tech Doctor is a division of Akesa Technologies, a 100% black female owned IT and technology provider.Akesa Technologies’ primary focus is providing turnkey IT solutions to medium and large businesses, including the public sector.
Tech Doctor was established in October 2016 as an onsite IT support company focused entirely on the home and small business markets. No customer is too small and no problem too simple for our technicians. Tech Doctor wants to help make technology work for you by facilitating solutions that will help you unlock as much value as possible.
The founders of the company both have over 10 years of experience in the IT support industry and have a true passion for technology and customer service.
Tech Doctor is based in Sandton and supports most of Johannesburg and Midrand.

STANDARD RATE – R630 PER HOUR
- This rate applies to all small business and home users
BUSINESS RATE – R793.50 PER HOUR

TRAVEL CHARGE – R5.75 PER KM
- This is calculated as a round trip to and from our offices in Sandton
